OK. I admit it. I'm passionate about what we do here at CRC. I don't like seeing good people lose all of their data, or lose their clients because their systems crash and they're unable to do business.
Atlanta Business Owner / Executive: this is written to you. You have far too much going on to be worried about IT. Yet, you depend heavily on IT to run and grow your business. That means you need an IT company that you can trust -- to stabilize your network and then use that stable platform to catapult profit.
But I Keep Seeing the Same Thing, and it is Tragic.
For too long I've watched as company after company calls us AFTER it's too late. AFTER they have lost all of their data. AFTER their network is in shambles. AFTER they've lost clients and valued employees. AFTER they've been hacked. AFTER they've been blacklisted by the major ISPs because their hacked systems are sending SPAM. AFTER their inboxes are so clogged with SPAM that they can't work.
These companies can't even think about using IT to replace human labor and actually grow profitability...they can't even get through the day without a crash!
Atlanta Executive, I know you just want to forget about IT and grow your company -- and you should be able to do that. But before you can do that you need to make sure that it is being managed properly; and sometimes that means we need to have an uncomfortable conversation about what happens if you don't.
Did I Apologize?
Of course. I don't want to offend anyone, but I also decided that I need to write this web page. Because not a week goes by that I'm not in somebody's office who is looking for a new IT provider because their current IT provider did not protect them from a catastrophic crash and/or loss of data!
At What Point do I say Enough?
Look. I don't know if you've read much of my writing, but if so you'll know that I'm a big fan of Michael Gerber. As the author of the E-Myth and a huge proponent of business systems to solve business problems, Michael promotes ensuring that a client gets a predictable, repeatable, reliable experience that solves their problem the first time, and every time.
You would think IT Companies Would Know This!
But sadly, they don't. You would be surprised to learn the names of some of the top IT companies in Atlanta that we come in behind and hear the stories about how they lost all of their clients' data!
What is most tragic about all of this crashing and data loss that is going on all over our city -- is the fact that it is so preventable! The IT industry is now mature. It's no longer a valid excuse to blame Bill Gates, or Dell. Computers are what they are, but when they are managed properly -- NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM, you should NEVER lose data...and further, if you have critical business systems, THEY SHOULD NEVER GO DOWN!
It's not rocket science...but it IS computer science...and you need a company that has made a science out of giving you a predictable (safe, stable, and secure) computer experience if your business is to survive and grow!
So I Decided to Tell it Like it is.
Every company with 20 to 200 computer using employees in Atlanta should have an audit to ensure that their current IT Service follows best practice -- or to find out where it is failing!...yes, this means yours too...and if you don't, you may be at risk of losing all of your data. There. I said it. If that offends anyone, I'm sorry.
But I've done my part to try to prevent this tragedy from happening all over Atlanta every week, and I hope you understand it is in that sprit that I've written this.
Further, I'm offering to do the audit at no charge. This is a $1,200 service according to some of our competitors; but I offer it at no charge for two reasons: Yes, I do hope to earn your business -- and -- even if you don't do business with CRC I know that office-by-office I'm helping to alert business owners and managers to the dangers hidden in their networks.
We do a lot of these audits...and that means that I can't keep doing this forever...and it may be a while before we can do yours. Fill this form out right now to make sure you get yours scheduled as soon as possible.
P.S. I like to say, "Our Process. Your Profit." And I'm passionate about that too. If you fill out this form and submit it, I'll send you an email with our 47 page eBook that will tell you 7 Things you MUST to Maximize the Profit Potential of IT
P.P.S. In addition, I'll send you some lessons like:
39 Ways to Massively Increase Profit through Proper IT Implementation 10 Ways to Know if Your Current IT Provider is Failing How to Interview, Choose and Hire a new IT Provider -- and fire your current one without putting anything at risk
We respect your privacy and never rent or sell email addresses. And if you ever feel that what we send you is not valuable, you can unsubscribe at any time.
In fact, if you have more than 20 computer users, and if you schedule this audit, let us perform it, and find no value in it -- I'll write you a check for $500 for your trouble. Now that's passionate.
