Company Timeline 1989 - Began developing automated form system for CPG industry from Tampa, Florida 1991 - Began selling hardware to support form system 1992 - Obtained Microsoft Certifications for Installing Networks and installed many for our clients 1993 - Incorporated as Broker’s partner 1994 - Released the Broker’s Partner IVR retail reporting solution 1994 - Became Computer Resource Center (CRC) 1995 - Released version two of the Broker’s Partner IVR 1996 - Moved to Atlanta, GA to facilitate easier travel and attract more technology experts 1998 - Released Web-Based Version of retail reporting system, named CRCIVR 1999 - Attended first NARMS convention, Signed American Greetings as a client 2000 - Moved to a completely managed solution and discontinued support for stand-alone software products 2001 - Moved to 7,500 square foot facilities 2002 - Renamed CRCIVR to VelociTRACKER™ to reflect the far reaching nature of the tools 2002 - Began signing service companies who worked for Lowe’s 2003 - Began selection process to become a Lowe’s Certified Vendor Service Enabler 2004 - Continued to sign large manufacturer clients and Lowe’s service partners 2005 - Released latest version of VelociTRACKER™, a consumer driven supply chain execution system 2006 - Acquired 32,000 square foot building in Alpharetta to support massive growth
